OPEC: Russia’s hydrocarbon output to rise to 11.1 mln bpd by 2040
MOSCOW, Nov 7 (PRIME) -- Russian hydrocarbon production is expected to grow 0.9% to 11.1 million barrels a day by 2040 as compared with 2017, OPEC said in a report Tuesday.
Russia’s hydrocarbon output may reach a peak of 11.4 million barrels a day in 2020, but will fall to 11.2 million barrels in 2025 and is expected to stabilize at 11.1 million barrels from 2030 till 2040.
OPEC projects that oil demand will grow 16.5% in 2016–2040 to 111.1 million barrels a day.
